You can, however, view your Google Calendar in the app by subscribing to your Google Calendar feed through the Calendar app ( details here). Because there isn't native support for Google Calendar in Windows 8, you won't be able to make changes to your Google Calendar. Microsoft's Windows 8 calendar app doesn't work as well. (Check with your IT department for specifics.)
Adding a Google account is a cinch, but to add your Exchange account, you'll likely need your server's address and your username. I tried out the $19.95 gSyncit plug-in on a Windows 8 laptop and successfully could view my Google Calendar in Outlook 2013. For Windows users, there are third-party sync tools that should still do the trick.
